Refund Policy

Once subscribed and the paid services activated on Digvirtual, the payment made by the User for activated paid service is not refundable under any circumstances, and no claim for refund would be entertained. Digvirtual neither offers any guarantees for the accuracy, timeliness, or authenticity nor advocates any of the content posted by the other Users. All the services are on a best-effort basis.
If a request for a refund is made within 10 days of the payment date, Digvirtual may consider refunding the amount only for non-activated services or work as per the company's policy. The refund process may take 35-45 working days depending on the availability of the information. Please send your mail with details to billing@digvirtual.com. The amount will be refunded through the same form in which Digvirtual receives the payment. The amount received in one form will not be refunded in a different form. (For example, the amount received through credit card payment will be refunded only by remittance to the same credit card.)
Digvirtual neither offers any guarantees for the accuracy, timeliness, or authenticity nor advocates any of the content (Inquiries, Product Listing, Catalog) posted by other Users. All the services are on a best-effort basis. So, under any circumstances, Digvirtual is not liable to refund.
Digvirtual shall not be liable in the event of any miscommunication between the client and the Sales Agent (Business Consultant). Digvirtual neither offers any guarantees for business deals nor return on investment. All the services are on a best-effort basis where our team tries to provide the best business opportunities through portal advertising. No refund shall be initiated under any kind of circumstances regarding the services already activated. So, before proceeding, please understand and read all the Policy/Terms & Conditions/Subscription details on Digvirtual. For further confirmation, please get written confirmation only from support@digvirtual.com.
Digvirtual does not represent the seller or the buyer in transactions and does not charge any commission for enabling any transaction. Digvirtual does not control and is not liable or responsible for the quantity, quality, safety, lawfulness, or availability of the products or services offered for sale on the Web Site or the ability of the suppliers to complete a sale or the ability of buyers to complete a purchase. Users are cautioned that there may be risks of dealing with foreign nationals or people acting under false pretenses on the Web Site. The Web Site uses several tools and techniques to verify the accuracy and authenticity of the information provided by Users. However, Digvirtual cannot and does not confirm each User’s purported identity on the Web Site. Digvirtual encourages Users to evaluate the Users with whom they would like to deal with and use common prudence while dealing with them.
